A.  BIC LOGISTICS LTD.
BIC Logistics Ltd (BICL) is a company promoted by Bhandari Group of companies to create an environment to manage your business better, thereby forging the most profitable and shortest link between the vendor and the customer. C.  BHANDARI FIBRETECH (P) LTD
It has been raised to set up 100% E.O.U (Export Orient Unit) in NOIDA, close to New Delhi for manufacturing high fashion ladies, children and gents garments and other textile goods. For this a latest "STATE OF THE ART" Factory is under construction to cover 33000 sq.ft. built up area and orders for purchase of 250 new Japanese SINGER Machines have been processed. Factory will be ready for production in Nov. `2000. For tha latest "STATE OF ART" production unit, we require foreign collaborators/JV Partners, with buy back arrangements and possibly equity participation. Many traders, manufactures and exporters from developed countries are resorting to Joint Venture Production of Consumer and textile goods in India because of its cheap labour, economical pricing and recent economic liberization policy of the Indian Govt.

Under E.O.U., we are permitted to import raw material without paying any import duty. Our Joint Venture E.O.U. can even import fabric from/through the foreign partner if required, for manufacture of any special garments of his choice. That is E.O.U. can then act as Buyer's captive production unit for his requirements as well as for further export from here to other countries in ASIA/AFRICA/EUROPE.
